Common questions
Yes, a 7.4% platform fee (our 4.5% plus 2.9% to cover card-processing costs) on every completed transaction, with a minimum of R3 per transaction, the same on every plan. Paid through our payment gateway, it's deducted automatically before your payout. Collected in cash or by EFT yourself, we charge it to your card on file automatically once your unpaid total reaches R100 (or after 60 days, whichever comes first). If that charge fails, we retry automatically over the next two weeks; if it's still unpaid after that, new bookings are paused until you settle up — your page and existing bookings stay live throughout.
On Starter (15/month) or Standard (50/month), new bookings pause once you hit your monthly cap until the next month starts, or you upgrade — bookings you already have are never affected. Pro and Unlimited have no cap.
No. Starting on Starter costs nothing. The only upfront charge anywhere is a R1 card check when you start a free trial of a paid plan — it verifies your card, it isn't kept.
No contract. If a card payment ever fails, you're moved back to the free Starter plan automatically — never suspended for it.
Yes, any time from your dashboard — upgrades and downgrades are both self-serve.
